Description
Quarical Easy ABS Repair is a single part ABS Repair resin designed to permanently repair any ABS plastic. Other 2 part “epoxy” type products will not penetrate into the ABS but sit on the surface. These epoxy type products expand, contract, and flex differently than the ABS plastic they are trying to repair and in the end they will ALL fail. Quarical Easy ABS Repair unlike the others is made of ABS plastic and becomes part of what you are repairing. The resin is very thick (about like a heavy Greek yogurt) and contains 50% ABS solids. As the solvents evaporate the new ABS is welded into the existing ABS being repaired. The cured product is hard, shiny, and welded permanently into the repair. When used to repair any ABS plastic Quarical Easy ABS Repair makes a permanent waterproof repair. Fix it once and be done. TIP: use a little more than you think you need, easy and quicker to sand than re-grind and reapply.

The Easy ABS Repair Resin made it easy to fix the main waste ABS pipe in the basement. It was not perfectly glued at one joint, causing water oozing out through the joint. Instead of cutting and re-gluing the joint, which is difficult due to the size of the pipe and its awkward position, I just scraped off the old ABS cement with files and sand papers and then squeezed the resin all the way around. Waited for 24 hours to dry then turned on showers and the dishwasher. No leak!

This is an awesome product for repairing abs drain pipes without cutting out and replacing the pipes and fittings. It saved with alot of headaches, time and money. Just make sure the pipes are clean and dry before applying the product. Thank you Ron for sending it overnight express!

Highly recommend the fairing repair kit. I used it to repair cracks in my Thule roof box as well as my true temper wheelbarrow bed. Unlike gorilla glue, the filler cement is actually easy to apply without making a horrible mess and you can clean out the applicator tube for subsequent use. Great product and the “how to” video on YouTube is very helpful.

This was super easy to use. I am not very handy, but I was able to fix a leak in our RV tank. I saw someone use this on YouTube for the same type of repair and so I thought I’d give it a shot. Granted I don’t have much experience with other types of glues, etc. But this was super simple and seems to bond really well.
