I ride a 1993 Honda Gold Wing and have had several side cover tabs break on my bike over the years. I began working on a mold and a process to make new replacement tabs because if I needed them then there were many other riders out there that also needed them. Quarical Easy ABS Repair is a single part ABS Repair resin designed to permanently repair any ABS plastic. Other 2 part “epoxy” type products will not penetrate into the ABS but sit on the surface. These epoxy type products expand, contract, and flex differently than the ABS plastic they are trying to repair and in the end they will ALL fail. Quarical Easy ABS Repair unlike the others is made of ABS plastic and becomes part of what you are repairing. The resin is very thick (about like a heavy Greek yogurt) and contains 50% ABS solids. As the solvents evaporate the new ABS is welded into the existing ABS being repaired. The cured product is hard, shiny, and welded permanently into the repair. When used to repair any ABS plastic Quarical Easy ABS Repair makes a permanent waterproof repair. Fix it once and be done.
