Ron Harker bought his first motorcycle when he was 13 years old. Over the course of the next 52 years he has never been without a motorcycle. He has tried everything available to repair damaged fairings during those 52 years and nothing worked well. In 1990 Ron repaired a 1983 Honda Goldwing. Using parts of 3 fairings and a hot air plastic welder he got the Goldwing back on the road. Within the first year the fairing began to crack next to the welds, the heat stressed the plastic which caused the cracking. So he began looking into other solutions. In 2004 Ron came up with a method of making a liquid ABS resin. After much experimentation, Fairing Repair was finally ready. Hi Dragons I am Ron Harker the Easy ABS Repair Guy from Cranford, Alberta. My business is Quarical Products Inc., which manufactures, packages, and distributes a single part ABS plastic repair resin. I am here today looking for $ for 25% of my company.
The Easy ABS Resin is unique in the marketplace, because it works. ABS Is one of the most common plastics in use today; however it is one of the most difficult to repair. Any 2 part epoxies, or any product sprayed or taped on, just sits on surface of the plastic. They may work for a short period of time but due to the differences in expansion and contraction and the flexing of the plastic all of these repairs will become un-bonded and crack and flake off leaving a contaminated surface that makes proper repairs difficult.
My Quarical Easy ABS Repair is different than all the rest. It is a thick resin with over 50% ABS Solids. The resin is as thick as a heavy Greek yogurt and air cures. There is nothing to add or mix up, no hardeners or catalysts, simply apply it directly out of the applicator bottle. It takes about 24 hours to fully cure, in that time the solvents in the resin soften the existing plastic and chemically weld the new ABS into the repair. The result is a permanent waterproof repair that is hard, black, and shiny as a new ABS fitting. The bottle of resin is re-sealable and has a guaranteed shelf life of three years.

The majority of which are for home ABS plumbing repair. In fact we shipped many kits to Hawaii after the 2018 earthquake to repair leaking ABS drain lines.
